1. You can get to lvl 115 in hell house portal near shaitan tele(3 hours each portal opened) but you need to lvl40 first. For lvl 40 you only need to use lucky packets. Ask for mentor for easy lvl up.
2. After you are lvl115 you need to go to hell chapter. Icicle Upper. But after lvl140 exp will be less.
3. Quest from demension castle ,quest name Refurbished Luck, item for quest can be obtains from hunting mobs in death forest.
4. If you lazying to wait hell house and hell chapter you can lvl in tundra path.
5. You also can use sand bag pack from sand bag npc for 30k repution.
