Hey guys, today i gonna show you how to make Language Barrier. with language barrier you can you lots for add attributes such as max, attack speed, defend, hr, ...There are simple tips for it:
1. Go to spring town and talk to Teleporter-Chun Li (3326,2512) for quest.
2. Now go back to Argent and talk to Granny Beldi(2275,2769).
3. Go to icicle and talk to Waitress Babara(1313,530) and you will get item inside your inventory. Click the item given and accept next quest.
4. Now before we go to Master kerra for next quest, go to Language Barrier Exchanger at icicle (1334,544) for Language Barrier items(must pay her 20m gold).
5. For easier to go to Master Kerra, go to tickets npc seller for icespire haven.
6. Now go to find Master Kerra [(2665,653), Icespire Haven].
7. Yey!
Now you have language barrier, Enjoy!
