Reputation can be farm by making disciple. To be a master, you need at least lvl 41. Each disciple contribute some reputation that can be used in a few ways.
1. Reputation exchanger for Goddess Favor, Azrael Chest (Popular choice), buff note
2. Can be exchange in website for credits with the ratio of 1000:1.
3. Can be used as in game currency after changing it into Reputation card for some items if necessary.
