Go to Blacksmith in any city, and talk with hem.
With the discipule, you get two items necessary for make the sockest. The items are: Equipment stabilizer and Equipment catalyst.
Now talk with Blacksmith and press fussion. Insert you piece of Equipment in the top, in the second place the stabilizer and the three place you need insert the Equipment catalyst. Later press fusion and wala! Now your piece have a socket and now can be forged!!!
