Talk with the NPC Blacksmith's Disccipule and buy gem composition scroll (necessary for combining).
Then, talk newly with the NPC discipule and press combining. Insert in the top the combining scroll and insert two gems same level and press combinig.
For combining lv 4 gems, you only neeed have in yoour inventory x8 lv 1 gems of same type, and talk with NPC "Lv4 gem combinier". the will charged 100k of gold for ea combination.
