Kal runestones are needed with rebirth quests. You can find them in Demonic World 2.
Ticket to Snow Mountain will take you to DW's portal. The portal opens every 3 hours for 1 hour.

The entrance to DW 2 (172, 165), (147, 384) (365, 381) and (365, 171) — it's all random portal spawn so you need to check them all.
All mobs in DW 2 drop kal rune stones so make sure you use luck amps for higher drop rate.
