About the "New Skills"

GM I think the news skills worth 5b in shaitan is already expensive and I think that it should have 5 mystic cards just to activate a skill, its a problem when you are in PK, usually you use skills much in different tactics, and I think that whenever you use that skill you loose 500m or 5 mystic cards, I suggest that the skill wont have any charges or consumes just to activate it since 5b is already that expensive to buy that skill.
