I don't know if this is on purpose or not, but voyagers' tornado skill are getting miss in this server. I think this skill should be 100% chance of getting it right, since who's in the tornado can't be attacked.
Plus, it seems unfair to ask a magic class to have enough hit rate to not miss melee classes, sharpshooter and crusaders have almost 1k dodge, if not more with vip set.
