I'm not a fan of master tele, I think it creates an even greater distance between those who have master quest/rb4 and those who don't. A distance I don't think is necessary, since these quests already increase the stats of the characters. So, honestly, I'd vote for deleting master tele.
BUT, if people don't agree with the deletion of this skill, I vote for its cooldown to be greater. I don't know how long it lasts at the moment, but it's not long. I'd vote for the cooldown to be of 5min. Otherwise the server will be even more run by mallers (cause I don't think non mallers have been able to do master quest/rb4 till now, and if they did, I don't think it's an expressive number, maybe 1 or 2)
This way people who can't (or won't) pay for mystic neck and so have a chance of competing.

Agreed. Master tele are good in some sense of the game balance running away or chasing. but in the end.. if it get abuse like a lot in pvp. Non Maller are running for their life more often xD

I'm so freaking pissed with this skill, in 2minutes running away from a maller in CA I was master stunned 4 times.
